The Participant plays the role of a Regional Manager of a recently amalgamated pharmaceutical company. Due to the merger, the manager must re-organise their sales egion. Written and graphical information is provided, including; product sales and potential, competitor information, sales representatives’ performance and logistical and ultural considerations. The aim is to supply the Business Development Manager with a recommendation as to how the objectives can be achieved.
